All orders are F.O.B. Warren, MI (or F.O.B. factory, if drop shipped).
Items under 150 lbs. will ship via UPS.

UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and Fedex Air services are available upon request.
We will not ship by Fedex Ground.
For Fedex air shipping, we must have your Fedex account number, and the shipment will be billed to your account.
We must have this information by noon Eastern time in order to schedule a same-day Fedex pickup.
We can ship UPS collect to your account. We do this as a courtesy, so if there is a problem you will be billed for the shipping charges.

This online store provides a zip code and weight-based shipping cost for orders up to 150 pounds.
Please note that depending on zip code shipping may seem high for a light package, but adding additional items will often add very little to the shipping cost.
Orders with small amounts of drill rod or threaded rod (under $30.00 of rod) may require an second, specially packed box (depending on the shape of items ordered)- this will incur an extra freight charge of $10.00 in addition to the total shown at checkout.
If the order fits in a single box there will be no extra charge.
For shipments over 150 pounds we will call or e-mail with the freight charges prior to shipping.

OTHER SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Most metalworking fluids must ship by ground for safety reasons.

SALES TAX

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Michigan.
If you are a business user with a tax ID number most tools used in production are tax exempt if you file a ST-121 form with us before we process the invoice.
For resale please supply form ST-120 before we process the invoice.
Please call if you would like us to fax you a blank form.
If you are a tax-exempt nonprofit or pay sales tax directly to the state, we require the applicable form.
In all cases we must have this form before we ship.
Sales tax will not be refunded after the order has shipped.
If you are sending prepayment for an order shipping to Michigan, please remember that the tax must be calculated on the total of merchandise AND shipping charge.
